Founder & Chairman
Shri Udai Kant Mishra is the Founder and Chairman of Trimurty Builders and Developers and UKM Group. Widely regarded as one of the early pioneers of organised real estate development in Rajasthan, he has played a defining role in shaping a more professional, structured, and future-facing approach to the industry.
Over the decades, he has helped lay the foundation for a legacy that extends beyond projects into institutions, destinations, and long-standing goodwill. Known for his values-led approach, his belief has always been clear: build with integrity, build to last, and let reputation be earned through what continues to hold up over time. Alongside his entrepreneurial legacy, he is also actively engaged in social and charitable initiatives.
Managing Director
Anand Mishra joined the family business way back in 1994. He has been a key force in conceptualization & development of almost all of Trimurty’s projects. These projects are marked by his personal passion to build the best and to keep raising the standard with every project. He looks into operations and business development at Trimurty along with diversification initiatives.
Anand is a champion of sustainable & green building practices. He was one of the first to usher in these practices to the regional real estate industry.
Anand is actively associated with Rotary Club Jaipur Central, Round table, CII, TIE also he is in the excutive committee for RBPA, Hotel & Restaurant Association of Jaipur and member of core committee IGBC, Jaipur Chapter. He is regular writer for the local and national newspapers on real estate. An adventure lover, he actively engages in mountaineering, car rallying and cycling.
Director, Legal & Marketing
Sharad Mishra brings a distinctive blend of customer insight, brand instinct, hospitality understanding, and operational strength to the group’s leadership. His contribution has been especially significant in strengthening customer orientation, supporting diversification, and shaping experiences that align business value with human expectations.
With exposure to hospitality and management thinking, he has helped bring sharper service sensibilities and market responsiveness into the group’s broader ecosystem. His leadership reflects an ability to combine brand-building with business practicality, while his wider public and industry engagement reinforces the group’s reputation as one that remains connected, credible, and responsive.

Abhishek Mishra brings financial discipline, governance strength, and operational clarity to the leadership of Trimurty Builders and Developers and UKM Group. With a strong grounding in finance and business systems, he has played an important role in reinforcing the structural and managerial backbone required for sustainable growth.
His contribution extends across financial stewardship, business operations, and support for the education vertical, helping ensure that expansion remains aligned with accountability and process. His leadership reflects the quieter strengths that keep institutions stable: rigour, precision, continuity, and a clear respect for how good systems support enduring value.
