Udai Kant Mishra is the Founder and Chairman of Trimurty and UKM Group. He is one of the pioneers in this industry who envisioned professionalisation and corporatisation of real estate business in Rajasthan.

He pioneered the concept of multi-storied buildings to Jaipur. With over 30 years of experience in real estate business he is one of the most respected names in the industry. Known to be a trendsetter, he is taken as an inspiration by his contemporaries in the industry.

A philanthropist, he actively engages is many social and charitable activities.

Anand Mishra joined the family business way back in 1994. He has been a key force in conceptualization & development of almost all of Trimurty’s projects. These projects are marked by his personal passion to build the best and to keep raising the standard with every project. He looks into operations and business development at Trimurty along with diversification initiatives.

Anand is a champion of sustainable & green building practices. He was one of the first to usher in these practices to the regional real estate industry.

Anand is actively associated with Rotary Club Jaipur Central, Round table, CII, TIE also he is in the excutive committee for RBPA, Hotel & Restaurant Association of Jaipur and member of core committee IGBC, Jaipur Chapter. He is regular writer for the local and national newspapers on real estate. An adventure lover, he actively engages in mountaineering, car rallying and cycling.

A marketing professional, has given a strong customer orientation to Trimurty’s projects. His extensive knowledge & experience of customer care & marketing and his vast personal network have been instrumental in building Trimurty as a strong brand.

He carries a Diploma in Hotel Management from Hosta Hotel and Tourism School, Switzerland and a Bachelor in Business Administration from International University, Geneva in Switzerland.

Besides marketing & corporate affairs of the Group’s real estate division, Sharad has been handling operations & business development of the hospitality vertical of the Group since 2001. Before joining the family business, he worked with Euro Walt Disney (Paris, France), Movenpick (Geneva, Switzerland) and Le Excelsior (Geneva, Switzerland).

He regularly writes for the local and national newspaper on real estate. He is actively involved with the international organization, Entrepreneurs’ Organization and has been appointed as President of Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Jaipur for year 2013-14.

Abhishek Mishra is a qualified Chartered Accountant and runs the financial engine at Trimurty. He has been heading financial administration of the Group since 2006 and also handles operations and business development of the Education vertical of the Group.

With his sound professional background and expertise, Abhishek has built very organized financial structure and processes in the company .Prior to joining the family business, he has worked with Star TV India, Mumbai as Manager Corporate Finance.

He also writes poetry and some of his works have been published in popular magazines and newspapers. Abhishek is associated with Young Indians – YI of CII and actively involved in various events in Jaipur.
